Manic Panic - High Voltage Semi-Permanent Hair Colour Cream - Electric Banana (118ml)

ELECTRIC BANANA™ is a wild neon yellow with a greenish tinge. This formula can be used alone or combined with other Manic Panic shades such as Manic Panic Pastel-izer to create a glossy pastel yellow. This dye works best when applied to bleached or pre–lightened hair. Leave colour on the hair for at least 30 minutes for the Manic Panic® Hair Colour to process fully. These results can vary from person to person. For resistant hair, it is advisable to place a plastic cap on the hair, and leave on for 60 minutes or longer.
